Leasing Program:
ART
FUSION is pleased to offer its corporate clients the
opportunity to "lease to own" artwork for
their offices or public areas. As art consultants, Art
Fusion gallery can assist you with all your artwork
requirements including: paintings, works on paper, sculpture,
photography and commissioned pieces.
What are the benefits of leasing?
No
Capital Outlay
By leasing artwork, your company will avoid any initial
capital outlay. Once approved for the lease you simply
begin making monthly payments. There is NO "down"
at the beginning of the lease, and NO "buy-out"
at the end. Once the term of the lease is completed (standard
36 months), your company will own the artwork outright.
Conditions
of Leasing Agreement:
All
artwork must be purchased through the Art Fusion Gallery.
Artwork
must exceed a value of $5,000.00 before taxes.
All leasing agreements are subject to approval.
